The main grounds for assembly the appropriate proposal of marketing strategy are details acquired on the basis of theoretical findings and application of chosen marketing methods. The output of the thesis are the specific proposals of marketing strategy according to marketing mix, which is prerequisite for succesful implementation of the product at the market.

This master´s thesis focuses on the analysis of customer satisfaction in joint-stock company DP Stavebniny Maršovice, and a proposal to increase its level. The teoretical part focuses on basic concepts such as marketing, marketing research, usage of marketing techniques, customer satisfaction and more. In the practical part of this work there is an analysis of customer satisfaction with the company DP Stavebniny Maršovice a.s. and a subsequent evaluation of the questionnaires. On the basis of the information obtained from the questionnaires, measures and recommendations for an increase in the level of customer satisfaction are proposed.

The foundation is a literary framework processed into a theoretical basis, including basic concepts focusing on the main idea of the plan and the creation of a business model. The analytical part is devoted to the examination of the business idea using the Lean Canvas method and performing further analyzes of the business environment. The proposal part describes the chosen strategy for the beginning self-employed person, including the business model, which is based on the results of analyzes of the business environment.

This Master's thesis deals with analyses of customer satisfaction and loyalty to the GiTy, a.s. company. The theoretical part of the thesis explains problems of customer satisfaction and loyalty and their measurement. Furthermore, it deals with marketing research, with a focus on questionnaire-based data acquisition. The practical part of the thesis includes the company presentation, survey design and methodology of the data analysis. This part also describes the continuous customer satisfaction measuring system of the company. The implementation of this measuring system was the aim of this thesis.
